Hours-of-Service Reply Form

Dear ASET Members and Participants:

Please read through ASET's Comments to the Department of Transportation regarding the hours-of-service proposal. We would like to send our comments to DOT two weeks after Labor Day. Any suggestions, ideas, or comments you may have are appreciated and encouraged. After you have had the chance to thoroughly read over ASET's Comments, please print out and mark off the appropriate box on the reply form as to whether you would like your organization listed, then fax this form back to ASET by Friday, September 8, 2000. As far as your suggestions or ideas on ASET's Comments, please feel free to either fax them to us, e-mail them to jjacoby@aset-safety.org, or give us a call at 703-549-9467 to discuss further.
